With the breath-taking view of the golf course and the large windows letting in the natural light, Coyote Moon is the perfect place for your wedding reception. Our 3100 square foot, open floor banquet room seats up to 275 people. If you are looking for a larger wedding there is space to rent tents for additional outside seating.
To book the banquet hall for the day there is a $500 non-refundable deposit required at the time the contract is signed. Upon the end of your reception the $500 is returned to you against your invoice, less any damages. To book the Reception Hall on a Saturday there is a $250 room rental and a $3500 food and beverage minimum. To book on Friday is $150 room rental with a $2000 food and beverage minimum. During the off season, November through April, our room rental for both Fridays and Saturdays is $150 with a $1500 food and beverage minimum.
If you are looking for a venue to host both your ceremony and reception we can accommodate that as well. There is a beautiful patio area overlooking the golf course to hold your ceremony. We offer this service for a $200 ceremony fee. The ceremony fee includes a medal arch with ivory tooling, unity table, 40 black chairs, and outdoor PA system for Officiant’s use.
We have a $1.00 per person linen charge, per your guaranteed count, that gives you your choice of 4 table linen colors, 15+ napkin colors, and black skirting around all display tables. There is a dessert service charge up to $75 for real tier cakes and sheet cakes to be cut and served. As there are so many different desserts making their way into the wedding seen your final dessert service charge will depend on the amount of service needed, but will not exceed $75. You can select your meal from our plated or buffet entrée style menus; or we will also work with you to customize a dinner just for you.
